Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
- The video must be recorded before opening the parcel, clearly showing the sealed package and the product inside.
- Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted, as this helps us fairly review missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
Refund Timeline
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but may be returned upon delivery if they meet the return conditions above.
- Refunds will be processed after quality inspection of the returned product.
Important Notes
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable, unless received in a damaged or incorrect condition (with valid unboxing proof).
